随着马来西亚与中国经济的紧密相连，那么婚姻也是越来越紧密了，马来西亚人与中国人结婚的案例也是越来越多，那么如若涉及到谈婚论嫁的地步，小孩如果在中国出生需要如何办理马来西亚出生证呢？这里面还是要注意几个地方的：
一、Father of the child is a Malaysian citizen首先父亲得是马来西亚人，如果不是最好在马来西亚出生，Registration is made within one year from the date of birth小孩出生一年内有效，Address in home country居住过地址，Address of relative or next of kin that can be contacted，常住地址；
二、如果上面的条件都能满足，那么就继续准备如下文件
