小曹整理一些最近传的沸沸扬扬的21号驱逐逾期逗留外国人签证问题的一些大家比较关心的问与答，希望对各位有用（顺便大胆猜想一下，马来西亚最近确诊迟迟不能控制不知是否受了印度的影响，因为印度疫情已经完全失控，且印度裔马来西亚人打断筋骨连着根的关系网络，可能很多确诊案例在远远不断的非法入境马来西亚也说不定，所以各位身边印度人多的还是得预防一些比较好）。
Question:
Can a foreigner [whose social visit passes have expired] stay in Malaysia after 21st April 2021?
问题一，4月21号之后social pass逾期逗留外国人还能否呆在马来西亚？
Answer:
No, it is not allowed. Foreigners who are still stranded in Malaysia on 21st April 2021 need to apply for a Special Pass to extend their stay here. Appointments need to be made online through our STO system before coming to the nearest Immigration office. All applications must include a supporting letter from the respective答案是不能，继续逗留至少需要申请SP签证，可以通过STO系统来完成就近移民局的预约做申请，但是需要证明性文件支撑逗留的必要性如下：
Embassies/ High Commissions, proof of accommodation, and financial sufficiency while staying in the country.

问题二，外国人访问签到期要离境的话咋办？
Answer:
All foreigners who had overstayed from 1st January 2020 until 21st April 2021 may leave the country before 22nd April 2021 without obtaining a Special Pass from the Immigration Department of Malaysia.从20年1月21号入境一直逾期到现在的人群可以在不申请SP的前提下在22号也就是明天之前离境，政策是这么出，但是具体你还是要致电移民局问清楚比较好，毕竟马来西亚各部门有时候的沟通步调还是不那么清晰明了，需要我们多多探知，还有需要注意的是以前有不好记录在护照上显示的，买关的，黑名单的，假工签的，假盖章的能不能在出境时被刁难被扣留小曹还真不好说，自己把握吧。
