重新开放国界，3月15号开始马来西亚疫苗旅游互通延伸到泰国柬埔寨

除了新加坡之外，马来西亚疫苗旅游互通计划VTL马上要再追加两个国家了。

New air Vaccinated Travel Lanes (VTLs) involving Malaysia, Thailand and Cambodia will begin on March 15, 2022 as part of joint efforts to reopen international borders.马来西亚新的航空疫苗旅游通道在15号开始将把泰国和柬埔寨纳入进来；

Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong said fully vaccinated travellers will be allowed to travel the designated routes without being required to quarantine upon arrival.交通部长说泰国和柬埔寨全接种疫苗的旅客可以免隔离入境旅游马来西亚。

"These routes are expected to aid our mutual economic recovery from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, particularly in reviving the ailing tourism industry," Wee said in a statement here today.旨在重新激活几个国家的旅游市场；

Wee said that as for Thailand, designated airlines from both countries will be allowed to mount up to six flights daily on the Kuala Lumpur-Bangkok route and up to four flights daily for the Kuala Lumpur-Phuket route while additional routes may be added subject to mutual agreement by both countries.泰国曼谷和吉隆坡航线将增至每天6航班，以及吉隆坡普吉岛航班增至4航班；

On Cambodia, he said designated airlines from both countries will be allowed to operate up to two flights daily on the Kuala Lumpur-Phnom Penh route while additional routes may be added subject to market demand.吉隆坡金边航班也将增至每天两班；

He said the related standard operating procedures (SOP) and health protocols will be released by their respective agencies soon and travellers are expected to comply with the protocols responsibly in order to enjoy the VTL facility.根据这段话大概率也是会参照兰卡威旅游泡泡的方式来做入境要求的了，比如说可能要通过旅行社来安排预定入境行程等；

Wee said the government will continue discussions with neighbouring Asean countries on the safe reopening of additional routes in the future according to prevailing situations.下一步将慢慢把更多国家纳入到VTL疫苗旅游计划中来；

Malaysia currently has an air and land VTL arrangement with Singapore while Malaysia and Brunei have agreed in principle to implement the same soon.马来西亚与文莱的疫苗旅游也是马上进入到实质阶段。

好了大概情况就是这样，所以目前来说能够确保入境马来西亚的方法，只有如下几种，商务签MTP入境、兰卡威旅游泡泡入境、马来西亚学生签证和马来西亚工作签证ep和PVP等等这些了。
