随着马来西亚逐渐放开有条件旅游入境这个议题的进一步磋商，目前来说也要慢慢放开一些已经有打疫苗的国家民众的到马旅游申请。
KUALA LUMPUR (March 1): The government is conducting negotiations with 12 countries to implement Vaccinated Travel Lanes (VTL), the Foreign Ministry said.马来西亚旅游签证入境与周边各个国家的互认计划正在开展，有12个再谈国家。
In a written reply in Parliament, the ministry said the countries were selected based on diplomatic relations and the need for cross-border travel.
“As such, for the ASEAN region, the Malaysian government is negotiating with Brunei, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand.比如说之前的东盟国家如文莱、印尼、新加坡、越南和泰国等；
“The other countries are Australia, China, India, Japan, New Zealand, Korea and the United Kingdom,” the ministry said in reply to a question by Larry Sng (PBM-Julau) regarding the list of countries included in the suggested expansion of bilateral relations between Malaysia and foreign countries under the VTL cooperation.其他正在商谈的国家包括澳洲、中国、印度、日本、新西兰、韩国和英国。
Only Singapre is in the implementation phase, with VTL (Air) and VTL (Land) being implemented since Nov 29 last year.就目前来说，只有新加坡属于政策走向落实的阶段，其他国家都还在谈当中；
“In conclusion, with the exception of VTL implemented with Singapore, progress of negotiations over reopening of borders with the other identified countries are rather slow due to the spread of Omicron.那么这个洽谈的进展还是比较缓慢的，主要还是因为奥密克戎毒株的肆虐，所以这里小曹觉得短期内全面放开旅游签证入境马来西亚的可能性不大，虽然政策正面呼声比较大，实际操作的难度还是有很多不确定因素的。
所以目前来说能够确保入境马来西亚的方法，只有如下几种，商务签MTP入境、兰卡威旅游泡泡入境、马来西亚学生签证和马来西亚工作签证ep和PVP等等这些了。
