最近马来西亚又要开始管制新冠疫情虚假传播新闻了，各位如果没有确凿证据的话最好不要在自己的网络账号比如说facebook或者Twitter此类型的媒介上说一些没有经过数据证明的消息，尤其是在这个消息是大马政府感觉有损其形象的情况下很危险哟，具体法规如下：
KUALA LUMPUR, March 11 — Individuals who create or publish fake news on Covid-19 or the Emergency proclamation could now face a fine of up to RM100,000 and imprisonment from tomorrow onwards, a check of the e-Federal Gazette showed today.从12日起，个人因为传播新冠疫情虚假新闻或者虚假政府公告的情况，证据确凿的情况下将面临最高10万马币罚款或拘留。
This is according to the new Emergency (Essential Powers) (No. 2) Ordinance 2021 published on the Federal Gazette website.此条例主要引用自2021紧急条例法案在Federal Gazette网站上。
“Any person who, by any means, with intent to cause, or which is likely to cause fear or alarm to the public, or to any section of the public, creates, offers, publishes, prints, distributes, circulates or disseminates any fake news or publication containing fake news commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.总之就是不要传播疫情相关新闻引发公众恐慌的话，会被罚款或者拘留不找过三年。
“And in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit for every day during which the offence continues after conviction.如果被认定为惯犯的话，可能还会罪加一等哟，所以各位喜欢在网络抱怨的宝宝们，在马来西亚可千万注意不要因为这种无聊的举动害人害己，如果你确实已经有这样做的，那么就赶紧把它删掉，以免引起自己无法承担的后果，小曹这里也是再三告知一下，外国人在马来西亚的情况对该法案同样适用哦，所以小心小心再小心就好。
