这种政策就像之前小曹聊过的rehiring政策一样，基本上都是针对那些已经算是逾期逗留的人，尤其是做体力活的第三世界国家比较适用，因为马来西亚整体还是缺乏重试低端劳动的劳工，对我们？似乎又没什么大用处了。

Scope: Legalization and Voluntary Surrender.针对主动自首非法劳工人群；
The Plan: To address the undocumented migrants issue.
Sectors: Construction, manufacturing, plantations and agriculture.主要适用行业来自建筑、生产、农桑类非法劳工；
New Intake: The freeze on the intake of new workers will remain.用于重新录用目的；
Enforcement: After June 30, 2021, the Immigration Department will go all-out to enforce the laws on undocumented migrants.明年6月30后此政策将不再适用；
PETALING JAYA: The government will implement a plan to “regularlise” undocumented migrant workers so they they can become legalised foreign workers subject to certain conditions.满足条件的非法劳工才可以转正，具体是什么条件建议各位多做调查；
Home Minister Hamzah Zainudin said that under the programme, known as the Undocumented Migrant Recalibration Plan, undocumented migrants will also be allowed to return home voluntarily.
He said the plan, to come into effect from Monday until June 30, 2021, is to address the undocumented migrants issue.
“This plan will be implemented by the Immigration Department and the Department of Labour of Peninsular Malaysia and other government agencies without the involvement of third parties and vendors,” he said at a press conference today.
