熟练使用计算机
积极的工作态度,能够在快节奏和动态的环境中工作
独立、主动和自我激励
英文要求详情主要如下:
Responsibilities :
– Respond to customer inquiries within the designated timeframe
– Handle customer inquiries through our support channels
– Provide suitable service recovery, support, and recommendations to customers
– Aid customers with a variety of issues including product information, purchases, delivery status, orders, payments, promotions, feedback, and complaints
– Properly record and escalate customers’ feedback and issues to relevant departments
Requirements :
– Minimum qualification of SPM/Diploma or relevant certification in any discipline is required
– Proficiency in Mandarin and English languages is necessary
– At least 1 year of experience in Customer Services field, with an advantage of call center experience
– Possess good presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to tailor the product to meet customer requirements
– Proficient in using computers
– Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Independent, proactive, and self-motivated
